• Clients must provide accurate and timely information required for the completion of services.
• Clients are responsible for securing necessary rights to any content, images, or materials they provide.
• Clients must comply with the terms and policies of third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Payments must be made as per the agreed contract or invoice.
• Work will begin only after payment confirmation.
• Refunds are granted only in cases where Divine Feminine is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service. No refunds will be issued once work has commenced.

4. Third-Party Platforms

• Divine Feminine may use third-party services (e.g., social media platforms, hosting providers). We do not control their policies or guarantee their performance.
• We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party changes, algorithm updates, or account suspensions.

5. Intellectual Property

• Any content created by Divine Feminine for clients remains the property of the client after full payment is received.
• Clients grant Divine Feminine a limited license to use project materials for portfolio and marketing purposes unless agreed otherwise.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Divine Feminine is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

• We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose private business information unless required by law.

• These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes will be resolved in Israeli courts.

• Divine Feminine may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
